Business Development Executive

We are looking for a business development executive to join our team and play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth targets. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, generating sales opportunities, and closing deals for our IT services. You will be a key player in expanding our reach beyond India and securing new clients internationally.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to reach monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Prospect and qualify potential leads through outbound activities like email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calling.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of our services.
Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to achieve upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams like marketing, development, and project management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
preferring candidates with international work experience or someone who has managed or handing international customers
Strong understanding of the IT services landscape and current market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
