Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Business Development Executive with a robust background in tech sales, particularly in areas like Digital Twin technologies, IoT, and cloud-native engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and lead a proficient sales team dedicated to technology solutions.
Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to our Digital Twin solutions, IoT services, and cloud-native engineering offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly those requiring sophisticated technological solutions, and understand their unique needs to offer tailored solutions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging business opportunities and areas for expansion.
Liaise closely with technical teams to ensure sales strategies are in sync with our product capabilities and development.
Provide comprehensive reports on team performance, market dynamics, and sales forecasts, and use this data to refine sales strategies.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies in all sales operations.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, in the tech industry.
Demonstrated success in building and leading effective sales teams.
In-depth knowledge of Digital Twin technologies, IoT, and cloud solutions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
Proficiency in modern CRM software and sales management tools.
