BNC has been mandated to recruit a Director – Sales and Business Development to drive growth and build lasting client relationships in key verticals for a leading Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platform industry based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a
    new logo customer acquisition strategy
    .
  • Take ownership of an entire
    business vertical (e.g., BFSI)
    and drive revenue growth within that sector.
  • Deliver
    quarterly and annual order booking targets
    .
  • Lead generation & qualification
  • Proposal preparation & submission
  • Contract negotiation & deal closure
  • Refine and enhance
    lead generation and qualification processes
    to improve customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain
    CXO-level relationships
    with enterprise clients to drive strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure customer success and long-term engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering
    is mandatory; MBA preferred (ideally from a
    premier institute)
    .
  • 7–9 years of consultative sales experience
    , preferably in
    enterprise technology/SaaS.
  • Worked in
    MarTech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in selling to
    enterprises (banks, insurance, financial services)
    is highly desirable.
  • Strong appreciation of technology and its applications in
    Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Customer Personalization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Immediate joiners within 15 days or maximum 30 days.
