Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
IT Staffing Account Manager
to lead and grow our client portfolio in the
Middle East region
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing and consulting services, with a proven ability to build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and deliver tailored workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients across the Middle East.
  • Understand client requirements and business objectives to deliver the right IT talent and staffing solutions.
  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Account Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staffing domain.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company guidelines.

Talent Coordination & Delivery Oversight

  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT professionals (onsite/offshore/remote).
  • Ensure the right alignment between client requirements and candidate skills, cultural fit, and project readiness.
  • Maintain visibility on candidate performance and client satisfaction post-placement.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay updated with regional trends in IT staffing, technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management regarding pipeline and client status.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage interactions, opportunities, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT staffing/account management, preferably in the GCC/Middle East market.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and project dynamics.
  • Proven track record in business development and account growth in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel within the region as needed.
  • Familiarity with UAE/KSA labor laws and visa processes is a plus.
