You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen, felt, and experienced—both online and offline—while working across content, campaigns, partnerships, and product launches.What You'll Be Doing1. Create Visual MagicDesign beautiful, on-brand content for social media, product packaging, emails, campaigns & e-commerce platformsBring our brand to life through pitch decks, catalogues, and promotional assets2. Make Videos That Stop The ScrollPlan and edit Instagram Reels, how-to videos, brand campaigns and moreAssist in shoots to ensure polished and aesthetic video content3. Offline Design That Wows IRLCreate salon marketing material (tent cards, brochures, standees)Help bring events and pop-ups to life with visual branding4. Own Our Visual IdentityMaintain consistency across every single touchpointTurn brand strategy into scroll-stopping creative5. Stay Ahead of the TrendsKeep your eye on what's hot in design, beauty, and digital storytellingPitch creative concepts and campaign ideas that set us apart6. Manage Our E-commerce CatalogUpdate listings on our website + platforms like Amazon, our website and othersEnsure every SKU has accurate and attractive content, excellent imagery and A+ cataloguing.7. Keep the Website FreshRegularly update homepage banners, product pages, and blog contentUse SEO tools to boost discoverability8. Plan & Post Like a ProBuild out social media calendars for both Ellement Co. and Nail AcademyDesign and post content, engage with our community, and track performance9. Data = StrategyReview monthly reports, ad performance, and social insightsTurn numbers into ideas for marketing strategy10.
