About client: One of the leading Beverage Manufacturing company. Experience: Minimum 8+Years Experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Currently responsible for planning & achieving sales targets for Institutional channel in the assigned territory. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources Ensuring availability and visibility of products to ensure optimum fill rates & minimize out of stock situation Responsible for sales forecasting, targets, and promotions of all categories in the assigned territory Influencing promotions, in store merchandising - space, assortment, and displays. New product introductions, accounts receivables by working closely with the team. Responsible for managing the team, motivating them and getting them to deliver their metrices. The Area Sales Executive will be required to understand the working style, strengths and weaknesses of each team member and provide developmental inputs on a continuous basis. Recruits, tests, and hires Territory Sales Officers based on criteria agreed upon by senior management Conducts one-on-one review with all TSO's/Field force's to build more effective communications, to understand training & development needs Conducts one-on-one review with all TSO's/Field force's to provide insight for the improvement of TSO's/Field force's sales and activity performance Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
