Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and reach out to new school leads (at-least 5 Schools/Corporates everyday)

  • Build and grow a database of key school contacts – Principals, Vice-Principals, Activity & Tour Coordinators.

  • Use cold calling, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, visits, and school events to create new leads every week.

Sales & Conversion:

  • Present My Travel Box school program offerings (educational tours, outdoor learning programs, workshops, excursions).

  • Customize solutions based on school requirements (curriculum integration, group size, destination preferences).

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for number of programs confirmed and revenue generated.

  • Ensure follow-up and conversion of prospects into confirmed school programs. Client

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers (Principal, Academic Coordinators, Admin Teams).

  • You may need to travel to different cities for Business Meetings.

  • Act as a point of contact throughout the sales process.

  • Collect feedback post-program to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for repeat business.

Proposal & Quotation Management:

  • Prepare and share well-structured program proposals, itineraries, and quotations based on school needs.

  • Ensure proposals are customized, professional, and aligned with school budgets and expectations.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Track what competitor companies are offering schools.

  • Stay updated on curriculum trends and travel requirements in schools.

  • Suggest new destinations, activities, and packages that schools will confirm.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Brand Representation & Networking

  • Represent My Travel Box professionally in school industry fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and webinars.

  • Build a strong brand image as the trusted partner in educational travel solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
