Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Manager located in Delhi, India. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

  • Skills in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
