We are searching for an enthusiastic and resourceful **IT Recruiter** to join our growing team in Dwarka Sec 7. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent to support our company's continued success.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with IT hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Write compelling and informative job descriptions for IT positions across various specializations.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the current IT job market and emerging trends.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **1+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.**:

- Strong understanding of IT job requirements and technologies (a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at relationship building and client management.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
