**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in both IT and non-IT domains.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for recruitment.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
