6. Onboarding and Orientation:

- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing them with necessary information and support during their transition.

7. Compliance and Policies:

- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure recruitment processes align with legal requirements and company policies.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field.
- Master s degree is an added advantage.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter for 1-3 years, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
