- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

**Screening and Interviewing**:

- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.

**Coordinating the Hiring Process**:

- Manage the interview process, including scheduling and logistics.
- Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation and preparation of employment contracts.

**Onboarding**:

- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Coordinate with other HR team members to complete necessary paperwork and training.

**Maintaining Records**:

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

**Building Relationships**:
**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to enhance hiring strategies.

**Compliance and Best Practices**:

- Ensure recruitment practices adhere to labor laws and company regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

**Employer Branding**:

- Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
