**Responsibilities**:

- Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent.
- Post job ads on various platforms.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide recruitment activity reports.
- Stay updated on IT recruitment trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and terminology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
