Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (online channels, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate feedback sessions with hiring teams.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in recruiting.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search).
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical recruiting or other specialized areas.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
