About the Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support overall business growth. A key focus will also be maintaining and improving email domain reputation for consistent deliverability and performance.



Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop engaging email templates and content.
  • Build and maintain email subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
  • Segment audiences and personalize email campaigns based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics.
  • Track and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to measure effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, templates, and content to optimize email performance.
  • Monitor and manage email domain reputation , ensuring high deliverability and compliance with best practices.
  • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, reduce bounce rates, and prevent emails from landing in spam folders.
  • Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., SmartLead, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar tools).
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
  • Experience in monitoring and improving email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
