About the Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support overall business growth. A key focus will also be maintaining and improving email domain reputation for consistent deliverability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop engaging email templates and content.
- Build and maintain email subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
- Segment audiences and personalize email campaigns based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics.
- Track and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to measure effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, templates, and content to optimize email performance.
- Monitor and manage email domain reputation, ensuring high deliverability and compliance with best practices.
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues, reduce bounce rates, and prevent emails from landing in spam folders.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., SmartLead, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of email best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
- Experience in monitoring and improving email domain reputation and deliverability.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
