Email Marketing Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support overall business growth. A key focus will also be maintaining and improving email domain reputation for consistent deliverability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop engaging email templates and content.
Build and maintain email subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
Segment audiences and personalize email campaigns based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics.
Track and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to measure effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, templates, and content to optimize email performance.
Monitor and manage email domain reputation , ensuring high deliverability and compliance with best practices.
Troubleshoot deliverability issues, reduce bounce rates, and prevent emails from landing in spam folders.
Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., SmartLead, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar tools).
Strong understanding of email best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
Experience in monitoring and improving email domain reputation and deliverability.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
