Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, securing new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and working closely with the marketing team to drive overall sales growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and client acquisition
- Skills in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
