Job Brief
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to join our team. As a Sales Asst. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets for Armstong pumps in North, crafting effective sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management. It shall be target based role.
Responsibilities
Achieve Growth and Hit Sales:
Successfully manage the sales targets and to achieve growth objectives.
Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
Work closely with the consultants for spec-in,
Work closely MEP contractors, GC contractors and end user for orders. Negotiations shall be an import part of the role.
Target based sales for capital HVAC/ Industrial markets.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Responsible for Bottom line and DSO
Customer Relationship Building:
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them by giving presentations and technical solutions.
Data-Driven Insights:
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying informed about new products and competition status.
Requirements and Skills
Education:
B.Tech/ Diploma/ Equi in Mechanical/ Electrical or a related field.
Experience:
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales Asst. Manager/ Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in HVAC Industry or product sales in similar industry.
Continuous Learning:
Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Effective Communication:
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Sales Process Mastery:
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
Business Acumen & People Management:
Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
