Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular interaction with clients to understand their needs, making presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing sales strategies and identifying business opportunities
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of the prefabricated steel buildings industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
