About the role:
We’re hiring Business Development Specialists who are based in India and have experience with cold calling.
This role is ideal if you’ve worked in telesales, business development, or a similar phone-based role and are now looking to further your sales career. You’ll be speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers, booking meetings, and building the foundations of a rewarding career in outbound sales.
This is a remote, full-time role during USA business hours, with strong training, support, and commission opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Making high-volume outbound cold calls daily (up to 500 dials )
- Engaging with business owners and decision-makers across the USA
- Booking 2–4 qualified meetings per day for our clients
- Following up via email and LinkedIn messages
- Keeping activity updated in our CRM
Requirements
- Prior cold-calling, or telesales experience is non negotiable.
- Clear, confident spoken and written English skills is a must.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Laptop, stable internet, and a quiet working environment
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry
- Must have business development/sales awards from previous roles or proof of targets being hit in previous roles.
- Have good understanding of US culture
- Honest & trustworthy
- Mature, resilient, self-motivated and positive
