Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the staffing industry, particularly with MSP programs and GCC clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships, expanding client portfolios, and delivering staffing solutions across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition-
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMBs, enterprises).
- Pitch staffing solutions (temporary, permanent, contract-to-hire, RPO, etc.).
- Build a robust pipeline of prospects.
Client Relationship Management -
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Upsell or cross-sell recruitment services.
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations.
Market & Competitor Research-
- Understand industry trends, hiring demands, and niche markets.
- Analyze competitors' offerings and pricing.
- Collaboration with the recruitment Team
- Communicate client requirements clearly to recruiters.
- Help prioritize open roles based on urgency and revenue potential.
Negotiation & Contract Management-
- Negotiate service agreements and pricing.
- Finalize contracts in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting
- Track revenue, conversion rate, fill rate, client acquisition cost, etc.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
Note - Having their own laptop is a must. Maharashtra candidates are preferred.
