What we seek to accomplish together:

- Accountable for setting and governing change across the CTS Service & Fulfilment Unit. This role will require close collaboration with Vendors, CFU, IT & Networks to develop and implement effective strategies & processes across the CTS and Service & Fulfilment domain- Accountable for managing vendors/skill groups to complete impact assessments of change requests within the SLA for all systems/applications within the Service & Fulfilment domain- Accountable for ensuring that a holistic view of each change is taken and that all aspects of the release, both technical and non-technical are considered- Development & governance of change management processes across the service & fulfillment domain- Follows the change/release management process, providing guidance and direction.- Chairs the CR prioritization meetings with business stakeholders and vendors every week, on systems/applications where resource constraints are- Liaises with business stakeholders, system owners, and others as deemed necessary to establish agreed release priorities and to agree an acceptable time/date for the implementation of changes and releases- Prepares e2e IT quotes to business Keeps information of CRs in CRIMS up-to-date- Identification of cross-divisional programs to prevent duplication of effort.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Tertiary education with a Degree in Computer Science, IT, software, or computer engineering fields or equivalent2. 8+ years of small to medium-scale project management experience. Uses planning and processes to achieve3. Software Engineering, Project Management and Support Methodologies4. ITIL knowledge5. Possess excellent communication, collaboration, presenting and influencing skills, particularly in liaison with internal & external service providers and senior management6. Attention to detail in ensuring methodologies are followed/implemented
