Core Responsibilities:

Hold ownership from Project lead generation till project completion/ Order Servicing.

Responsible for entire process / steps working that includes right from Project identification / Lead generation, developing rapport with purchase department of builders/ Interior contracting firms/ Top Tiling contractors - Government Stake holders like Influencers , contractors , Applicators / Government linked project distributors etc.

Work closely with MSP/PLUB/OnePidilite team/specification team to get an entry in Government/Interior Contractor/ Builders segment.

Handling Project distributor and align them to achieve the sales goal.


Candidate Profile:

B TECH/BE equivalent with 3 years to 7 years’ experience.

2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management in BLR Industry

Preferably from CC or related to Construction industry.

Technical skill if any - BE/MBA/BTECH

Preferred industries (you can select multiple industries) -Construction/ Engineering/Cement/Metal

Preferred Companies - Tiling, Tile adhesive, Bathroom fittings, Construction Chemical
