Job Description:

OK Play India Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and grow our key client accounts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic account management.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate account performance, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profits and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales metrics, and performance.
  • Proactively address client issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is a plus.
