Job Profile

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at WebMatriks, located in Faridabad. Candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role involves creating and implementing sales strategies, attending networking events, and presenting company services to potential clients.

  • Handle incoming business generated from Google, Facebook/Instagram ads, and other sources.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Achieve sales or conversion targets through persuasive communication and negotiation.
  • Reach out to potential clients/Understand client requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and assistance.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
