Position Overview:
We are hiring a Relationship Manager to strengthen customer relationships and offer tailored insurance solutions. The role involves building trust with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent service.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
· Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
· Help clients with policy selection, renewals, and claims.
· Promote and explain the company’s insurance products to clients.
· Meet sales targets by identifying new opportunities and clients.
· Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to maximize client value.
· Act as the main point of contact for client queries and issues.
· Ensure quick resolution of customer concerns and claims.
· Identify and engage with potential clients through networking and referrals.
· Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
· Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
· Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
· Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in insurance.
· Strong understanding of insurance products.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
