We are currently looking for a driven and knowledgeable Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our presence in the media and advertising sectors.
The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the media and advertising industry, with a proven track record of achieving business targets. Familiarity with CRM software is essential for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Lead Generation and Sales: Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Manage the entire business cycle from prospecting to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging trends in the media and advertising sector and adapt strategies accordingly.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to streamline customer interactions, improve business relationships, and increase workflow efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor performance and analyze outcomes of business strategies; prepare detailed reports on business development activities.
- Experience: 2-5 years of business development experience, preferably in the media, advertising, or related industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the media and advertising sectors with an ability to keep up with industry trends.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
