We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Development Analyst for a business group dealing inPremium Real Estate development Hospitality Agrofarming FMCGamongst others. The Business Development Analyst plays a crucialrole in analyzing new business ventures expansions of existinglines at an India & international level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary andsecondary research. This includes identification of reliable datasources and conduct of qualitative and quantitative research.Perform analysis and draw insights fromresearch
  • Review analyse and create detaileddocumentation of business systems customer needs including workflowSOPs and steps required to develop new businesslines.
  • Carryout data based inquiries withmarket research firms and consultancies to gather necessaryinformation on market forecasting trend tracking competitor andproduct analysis covering multiple industries andgeographies
  • Develop reports and presentationson handling of critical business issues expansion plans fordifferent businesses and documentation ofSOPs.
  • Assist in business development as andwhen necessary with business and financial analysis strategicpresentations and periodic review reports on businessplans
  • Assist in marketing / brand buildinginitiatives of business verticals
  • Bringsdecisionmaking research to progress business/ expansions or haltwith a strong back up of data
  • Assist inmaintaining client and engagement relateddocumentation
  • Partner on execution of businesslines identified as viable for launches
  • Willing to travel to locations for reikiresearch as and whenneeded

JobRequirements

  • Graduate MBA orequivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of work experience insimilar role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills and a knack to grasp veryquickly
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonalskills with effortless skills to build relationships and work in acollaborative environment
  • Must possessattention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignmentsand tasks
  • Adept at research and filtering ofinformation to extrapolate relevant information only
  • Strong knowledge of advanced Excel Formulasand experience with tools like Zoom info Crunch base Discovery.Org& LinkedIn Smergers would bepreferred.
  • Ability to switch between subjectsquickly with a great work ethic with a cando attitude.
  • Has a natural appetite and curious nature tounderstand several subjects and is excited about exploring newinformation while having the discipline to stay directed on subjectat hand
  • Well organised groomed and withexcellent integrity anddiscipline
