Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the media and advertising industry, with a proven track record of achieving business targets. Familiarity with CRM software is essential for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Sales: Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Manage the entire business cycle from prospecting to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging trends in the media and advertising sector and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to streamline customer interactions, improve business relationships, and increase workflow efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor performance and analyze outcomes of business strategies; prepare detailed reports on business development activities.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of business development experience, preferably in the media, advertising, or related industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the media and advertising sectors with an ability to keep up with industry trends.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
