Compensation

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Take Home)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months as Sales Trainer (on paper) OR 1 year total trainer experience.
  • Domain: Must have BFSI Sales background.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes.
  • Immediate joiners only.
  • Minimum CIBIL score of 650 required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on outbound sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales training modules focused on Kotak Mahindra Bank products and services.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness.
  • Provide floor support post-training to ensure knowledge transfer and performance readiness.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales skills, objection handling, and customer engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
