Position Overview: Trainer
The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions ensuring engagement, comprehension, and skill development. This role requires expertise in delivering structured training experiences for the inside sales team, utilizing modern training methodologies, and continuously improving effectiveness of the sales teams. The trainer will work closely with Marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions based on Skill gap analysis.
- Develop and refine training materials to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Assess teams progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor content for specific learner needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training delivery.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to improve the learning experience.
- Maintain training documentation and reports to track teams progress, performance and learning outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in a relevant field (or subject-matter expertise).
- Experience: 35 years of experience in training, coaching, or teaching, preferably in education or edtech.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate effectively.
- Proficiency in digital tools for training delivery.
- Adaptability to different learning styles and learner needs.
- Experience in curriculum/ content development and lesson planning is a plus.
