Job Description:

S.N. Capital Management Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dynamic Financial Product Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI/financial services and a passion for training employees on financial products and concepts. This role will ensure our sales and operations teams are well-equipped with product knowledge and financial expertise to engage clients effectively and assist in closing the deals.Bachelor's

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on company-specific financial products, with a special focus on unlisted shares, investment solutions, and wealth management.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored for sales teams and client-facing employees.
  • Actively Sales of Unlisted Shares.
  • Equip employees with the skills and knowledge to effectively sell unlisted shares and other financial products.
  • Support sales enablement by mentoring teams on deal closure techniques, client engagement, and cross-selling/up-selling strategies.
  • Align training programs with sales goals and KPIs to indirectly drive revenue and client acquisition.
  • Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to update training programs in line with new product launches, regulatory changes, and market trends.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of BFSI domain financial products, investment solutions, mutual funds, insurance, and wealth management.
  • Proven experience as a Product Trainer or Financial Trainer in BFSI or related sectors.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a diverse audience.
  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) or e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA (Finance / HR / Marketing) preferred.
  • Certifications like NISM, CFA, or CFP are a plus.
