Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a Trainer to lead our training initiatives for our CRM product/application. The ideal candidate will have strong background in software training methodologies, and stakeholder management, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer across internal teams, customers, and partners.

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Assess training effectiveness through surveys, analytics, and feedback loops, continuously improving training strategies.
  • Standardize training workflows, enhance LMS usage, and introduce innovative learning methodologies.
  • Stay updated on CRM product updates and industry trends to enhance training content.
  • Develop/maintain training content roadmap for different product modules and processes.
  • Manage day-to-day training operations.
  • Develop/maintain supplementary training including reading material, assignments and exercises.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good communication and presentation skills, Confident, Technology background.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems and open-source authoring tools (Markdown and HTML experience preferred).
  • Expertise in tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook with proficiency.
  • Prior experience in customer training, sales enablement, or technical training for enterprise SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise CRM platforms.
