Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: HSC / Graduate
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 6 months as QA OR 1 year overall experience in BFSI sales/training
  • Strong background in Sales Training (preferably BFSI sector)
  • CIBIL Score: Minimum 650 (mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Ensure trainees understand outbound sales process, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training modules to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate with operations and quality teams to align training outcomes with business goals.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports for management review.

  • Ability to motivate and mentor sales teams
  • Good analytical and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time
