**Job Title**: Trainer - Outbound Sales (Kotak Mahindra Bank Process)

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Qualification**: HSC / Graduate
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **6 months as QA** OR **1 year overall experience** in BFSI sales/training
- Strong background in **Sales Training** (preferably BFSI sector)
- **CIBIL Score**: Minimum 650 (mandatory)

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conduct **sales training sessions** for new hires and existing employees.
- Ensure trainees understand outbound sales process, compliance, and quality standards.
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with operations and quality teams to align training outcomes with business goals.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports for management review.

- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Ability to motivate and mentor sales teams
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Adaptability and quick learning ability

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
