Compensation

  • Salary range: ₹35,000 (take-home)

Eligibility

  • At least 6 months of documented experience as a Sales Trainer OR 1 year of overall training experience.
  • Prior exposure to BFSI sales is essential.
  • Must have solid understanding of outbound sales frameworks.
  • Only applicants available for immediate joining will be considered.
  • A minimum CIBIL score of 650 is mandatory.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions for fresh hires as well as existing staff on outbound sales practices.
  • Design and conduct training modules focused on Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and offerings.
  • Track, assess, and share feedback on training outcomes.
  • Offer on-floor assistance post-training to ensure smooth knowledge application.
  • Work on strategies to enhance selling skills, handling objections, and customer interaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • 6 months of on-paper Trainer experience? (Preferred)
  • Prior experience in outbound sales training ? (Preferred)
  • CIBIL score 650 or above ? (Preferred)
