Vastu Vihar is looking for a dedicated Training Manager to design, implement, and oversee employee development programs. The Training Manager will be responsible for assessing training needs, creating training materials, and ensuring that all employees have access to the learning resources they need to succeed.
Key responsibilities:
l Designing and Delivering Training Programs: Creating and conducting training sessions for new hires and current employees, focusing on real estate laws, sales techniques, property management, and customer relations.
