Roles & Responsibilities
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
• Cultivating strong relationships with new clients such as prop techs, FinTech's and financial institutions, while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
• Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
• Communicate our strategy & value propositions to current and prospective alliance partners
• Complete the required documentation to assist credit team of program partners
• Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
• Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
• Attend various forums such as trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
• Structure partnerships that drive qualified leads to the sales team and convert them into transactions.
• Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
• Travel for meetings
Key Skills / Requirements
• Master's Degree ( Preferred)
• Experience in Start-up/ Fintech/Mortgage Industry with exposure and knowledge of proptechs /real estate Banks or NBFCs
