Currently, we operate Amrit Bhawan, a tranquil retreat by the Ganga, in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, and are in the process of constructing a new resort property in Tehri-Garhwal. We also regularly organise events and experiences focussed around food, heritage and culture.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time for a Hotel Sales and Reservations Executive. The candidate will be responsible formanaging all reservations related whatsapps, calls and emails, converting leads into confirmed bookings and providing exceptional customer service on-line. In addition, the candidate willalso be expected to handle travel agent outreach, new lead generation, and reaching out to new properties for potential management contracts under Ekat.QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsConfidence and Proficiency in English - Verbal and WrittenAbility to work effectively in a hospitality environment with a 'guest first ' approachResults Oriented AttitudeAn eye for DetailPrevious experience in hotel/resort sales and reservations is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plusConnections with luxury travel agents and operators is a plusLocationAt our HQ office in NOIDA OR at the property in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.SalaryBased on qualifications and interview. In the range of 20-30k per month.
