We are hiring Cluster Manager for our client.

Job Title: Cluster Manager
Location: Gachibowli , Hyderabad

About the Role

As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vending machine network in your assigned cluster. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure efficient operations from warehouse to vending machine, focusing on stock availability, staff coordination, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management

  • Lead and supervise field executives (refillers) and support staff.
  • Plan shifts, manage attendance, and ensure timely machine refills.
  • Motivate the team to follow SOPs and maintain high service standards.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

  • Coordinate the movement of products from the warehouse to vending machines.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent outages.
  • Liaise with warehouse personnel and distributors for timely product delivery.

3. Operations Oversight

  • Ensure machines are always clean, functional, and well-stocked.
  • Minimize wastage, mismatches, and machine downtime through proactive checks.
  • Address daily operational challenges and resolve local escalations efficiently.

4. Reporting

  • Provide daily and weekly operational reports to the management.
  • Identify issues and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.

Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in operations, warehouse management, or team supervision.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the city as part of routine operations.
  • Experience in vending or retail operations is a plus (not mandatory).
