Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new agency associates.
  • Motivate and guide agency associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and customer base.
  • Drive sales activities across the cluster through agency channels.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and organizational policies.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and reporting requirements of the agency associates.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer and partner concerns.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in an agency or channel-based model.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for driving results.
