Role/ Job Title:  Senior Product Manager

Function/ Department:  Turbo Cross Sell

Job Purpose:

The role entails for implementation and maintaining cross sell products and managing the digital journeys of Cross sells product in various platforms, taking launches to closure with effective project management, evaluation of journey enhancement and drive towards implementation. The demand of the role will be to closely collaborate with the Business, Technology, Operations, Policy and other supporting functions for the various products like Savings Account, Credit Card, Loans, and various banking offerings. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Implementation of cross sell journey & tele-assisted customer journeys for various bank offerings. Analyzing and suggesting enhancement in the existing journeys and measuring the builds before and after launch to drive product towards profitability. Identify the technical challenges observed in the entire production journey of salesforce and other digital platforms, report the same to digital journey team towards closure of the same to streamline production. Propose new tech journeys for development through constant competition benchmarking, build relevant features & offers to drive customer value proposition & profitability. Driving adoption of various builds implemented in system towards successful penetration of digital adoption. Proposing new Credit Policy & Underwriting Processes for right customer segment to policy and BIU team and get the necessary enhancements implemented through FICO. Establishing and maintaining the internal ecosystem to support scale up of all facets of the business and execution of the segment roadmap. Work closely with analytics team for enhancing the journey towards digitally approving the cases through system without manual intervention, proposing for enhancement of pre-approved and pre-qualified base. Tracking the projects in JIRA for faster delivery of change requests, getting the new enhancements properly tested through testers and close sign offs timely without any system bugs. Mentor other product managers to collectively deliver the above roles and responsibilities.

Education Qualification: 

Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Management/ Computers/Science.

Post-graduation: MBA.

Experience:  5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
