Job Title : Sales Head – System Integrators – US Market
Location : Noida, UP
If you are someone who leads with passion, drive with strategy then seize the opportunity to shape our sales strategy and lead a dynamic team for our SI Clients in US market.
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Sales Head to spearhead Apolis’ business development initiatives with System Integrator (SI) clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the US staffing industry, demonstrable success in selling staffing solutions to large SI clients, and a proven ability to consistently surpass targets.
This role will lead and manage high-performing sales teams, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth within the system integrator client segment.
Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales Strategy :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture and grow business with large System Integrator (SI) clients in the US market.
- Identify new business opportunities within the SI vertical by targeting potential clients and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, recruiting, etc.) to design tailored solutions that meet client staffing needs.
- Mentor and coach team members for skill development and career growth.
- Acquire deep knowledge and understanding of clients to sell services that exceed expectations
Client Relationship and Account Management :
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within System Integrators, ensuring a deep understanding of their talent requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client’s escalations, ensuring that all business and operational expectations are met.
- Create long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their business models and challenges and positioning Apolis’ services as a value-added solution.
- Take ownership of the targets, empowering team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Leverage technology to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure continuous business growth.
Qualifications:
- Possess exceptional communication skills, enabling effective articulation with both internal teams and clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to build trusted relationships and enjoy networking.
- Bring 10+ years of experience in selling to System Integrator (SI) clients in the US market.
- Have 5+ years of experience in team management.
- Showcase a proven track record of success in selling staffing solutions and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive market.
- Understand compliance and vendor management systems (VMS) used by SIs.
- Hold an in-depth understanding of the SI industry, including specific staffing needs, challenges, and trends.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, leveraging them for business growth.
- Experience using Job Diva is preferred.
- Job longevity in a leading US staffing firm is preferred.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
