Group CEO – Flemingo International
Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for a high-potential professional to work directly with the CEO in a role that blends executive support, business analysis, and project management. The Executive Associate will act as the CEO's strategic right hand — ensuring priorities are executed, information flows smoothly, and business performance across regions is effectively monitored.
Key Responsibilities
· Business Monitoring & Analysis
· Track financial and operational KPIs across business units and regions.
· Prepare concise dashboards, reports, and red-flag alerts for CEO review.
· Conduct market and competitor research, including duty-free concession developments, FTAs, and regulatory changes.
· Strategic & Project Support
· Support CEO in evaluating new opportunities, partnerships, and investments.
· Ensuring timely updates from regional teams.
· Draft briefing notes, presentations, and board papers for high-level meetings.
· Executive Support
· Manage and prioritize CEO's calendar, travel, and key engagements.
· Ensure CEO is well-prepared for internal and external meetings.
· Act as the first point of contact for regional leadership teams.
Process & Efficiency
1.
Implement tools (dashboards, AI-driven summaries, project trackers) to streamline business monitoring.
2.
Ensure follow-through on decisions and strategic priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: MBA / Postgraduate in Business, Economics, or Finance (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).
Experience: 2–5 years in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or as a Chief of Staff / Executive Associate. Exposure to retail, FMCG, aviation, or logistics sectors is an advantage.
