Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the CEO's diary, handling expense reports, and supporting various executive tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing documents and presentations, and ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Proficiency in managing expense reports and diary management
  • Experience in general Administrative Assistance
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry is a plus
