
Sales Export Executive

Position Overview:
The Sales Executive Exports will be responsible for developing international business opportunities, managing export sales operations, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with global trade and documentation requirements. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills to expand the company's presence in overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Export Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with overseas customers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual export sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Regularly update clients on new products, prices, and company developments.
3. Export Documentation & Compliance
- Coordinate export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, MSDS, Certificates, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, EXIM policies, and international trade regulations.
- Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, and banks for smooth shipment processing.
4. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on international market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Identify potential customers and distributors in new geographies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with production, QA/QC, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor shipments and keep customers updated on delivery schedules.
- Prepare MIS reports on export sales, customer feedback, and market developments.
