Job Description:

NACL Industries Ltd is seeking a skilled Exports Executive to manage and streamline export logistics, documentation, and compliance activities. The role will also involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely shipments, optimizing packaging for exports, and staying updated on government incentive schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination:

  • Handle export order processing and internal stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate dispatches, freight quotations, and port-related logistics.
  • Book shipments and follow up with CHA for container placements.

Shipment Documentation:

  • Pre-Shipment: Prepare invoice, packing list, incentives checklist, draft bill of lading, DGD, VGM, and customs declarations.
  • Post-Shipment: Ensure smooth documentation and timely submission.
  • Manage export promotion documentation in compliance with ICTHS codes.

Export Incentives & Benefits:

  • Handle export incentives and benefits documentation.
  • Maintain proper records and coordinate with multiple checkpoints for audit compliance.

Packaging Optimization:

  • Develop a Product Loadability Repository.
  • Optimize packaging for small and bulk exports based on business requirements.

Regulatory & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Stay updated and share information on schemes like MOOWR, AEO, EOU, etc.
  • Ensure business teams are informed on policy changes and updates.

Skill Development:

  • Participate in internal or external certification programs related to export and packaging.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or related discipline. MBA/PG in International Business is a plus.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in export operations, documentation, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in export compliance, documentation, and government incentive schemes.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or any ERP system is preferred.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
