What you'll do

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive who is responsible for financial operations of the organization, ensuring the effective management of financial resources compliance with financial regulations.

Books Closure

  • Lead the end-to-end books closure process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Review general ledger accounts and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and validate trial balances in line with reporting timelines.

Procure-to-Pay & Vendor Management

  • Oversee the
    Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    cycle, ensuring timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Manage
    vendor onboarding, evaluation, and compliance
    with procurement policies.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve payment or contract-related issues.
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to optimize sourcing and cost efficiency.

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure to file
    GST returns
    , manage reconciliations, and oversee
    GST refund claims
    .
  • Ensure
    Direct Tax compliance
    including ITRs, advance tax, TDS, Form 3CD, and Transfer Pricing.
  • Ensure
    STPI filings
    (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure adherence to STPI regulations.

Export Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

  • Prepare and manage
    Export Invoices
    and related documentation.
  • Manage
    EBRC (Electronic Bank Realization Certificate)
    processes and ensure timely realization.
  • Monitor and update
    EDPMS (Export Data Processing and Monitoring System)
    and
    IDPMS (Import Data Processing and Monitoring System)
    records.
  • Ensure compliance with
    IEC (Importer Exporter Code)
    regulations and updates.

Audit Support

  • Support
    Statutory, Internal, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Group audits
    .
  • Prepare audit schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

What we're looking for

  • CA inter or CMA Inter
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
    in finance and accounting, with exposure to controllership, treasury, compliance, company secretarial support, vendor and AR management, export documentation, SOP preparation, and internal controls.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation (GST & Direct Tax), payroll compliance, STPI regulations,
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally, Oracle, etc) and advanced Excel skills.
