We are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing day-to-day financial operations and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities of
    creditors and debtors
    , including tracking transactions and maintaining records in Tally.
  • Prepare and generate
    invoices
    ,
    salary statements
    , and ensure accurate monthly payouts.
  • Handle statutory filings such as
    EPF returns
    ,
    GST
    , and
    TDS
    returns.
  • Conduct
    internal asset audits
    and maintain updated asset registers.
  • Coordinate with
    Directors and Chartered Accountants
    for document collection and return submissions.
  • Visit banks and external offices for necessary financial processes and documentation.
  • Willingness to travel between different office locations as required.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • 2+ years of experience in a finance/accounting-related role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
  • Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
